Ford Focus SID212 Euro 6 AdBlue (SCR+DPF) 비활성화 에뮬레이터

Ford Focus 차량에 사용되는 SID212 엔진 제어 유닛은 Euro 6 배출가스 기준에 따라 SCR(선택적 촉매 환원) 및 DPF(디젤 미립자 필터) 시스템을 갖추고 있습니다. 이 시스템들은 환경 친화적으로 설계되었지만 시간이 지나면서 고장을 일으킬 수 있습니다. DPF 재생 오류, AdBlue 소모 문제, 엔진 성능 저하, 토크 제한, 경고등 점등 등의 다양한 문제가 발생할 수 있습니다. 이러한 고장은 종종 도로 위 차량 정지, 높은 수리비, 시간 손실로 이어집니다. 특히 SID212 ECU는 시중의 대부분 진단 장치나 소프트웨어로는 읽거나 조작할 수 없어, 해결을 위해서는 특수 장비가 필요합니다.

Sail Teknoloji는 세계 최초로 Ford Focus SID212 ECU 전용 AdBlue 에뮬레이터를 개발했습니다. 이 에뮬레이터를 통해 차량의 AdBlue 및 DPF 시스템이 완전히 시뮬레이션되어, AdBlue 고장, DPF 포화 또는 NOx 오류 등의 전자 문제에서 영구적으로 해방됩니다. 차량은 더 이상 AdBlue를 소비하지 않으며, 모든 센서는 비활성화되고 시스템은 원활하게 작동을 계속합니다.

차량에서 다음 시스템이 비활성화되고 시뮬레이션됩니다:

• AdBlue 제어 유닛
• AdBlue 펌프
• AdBlue 인젝터
• DPF 차압 센서
• DPF 필터
• NOx 센서

이 시스템들은 보통 가혹한 운전 조건, 품질이 낮은 연료나 AdBlue 사용, 또는 불충분한 정비로 인해 고장 납니다. 고장이 발생하면 토크가 제한되고, 경우에 따라 엔진이 완전히 꺼지기도 합니다. 수리비는 차량 가치의 최대 10%에 이를 수 있습니다.

에뮬레이터 장착 후, 차량의 DPF 필터가 손상되었거나 막혔다면 물리적으로 직선 파이프로 교체하거나 천공된 필터를 사용할 수 있습니다. 이 과정은 선택 사항이며, 기존 필터로 계속 사용하여 차량이 재생 주기를 유지할 수도 있습니다. 그러나 청소가 불가능한 DPF 필터를 완전히 제거하는 것은 엔진의 편안함과 주행 성능을 위해 매우 중요합니다.

Note:
Our emulator is suitable for AdBlue and DPF removal on vehicles that are operating without any existing faults, and it can be installed directly without requiring a DPF reset.
If the vehicle’s DPF filter has been physically removed or broken, the emulator provides a 100% effective solution, ensuring that the DPF soot level will not increase.

Important Points:
If the exhaust temperature sensor, PM sensor, inlet NOx sensor, AdBlue level sensor, or dosing pump module is faulty, these components must be replaced or the DCU unit must be corrected using ECU flashing or appropriate diagnostic software tools.
Since no software intervention is performed on the SID212 engine ECU, the DPF section is resolved fully by the emulator.
For issues caused by the DCU or its related components, the problem can be resolved by performing software calibration and parameter adjustments in the exhaust control unit.
If you disable the AdBlue system by applying software updates or parameter modifications to the DCU, Online FDRS is no longer required.

Installation Steps:

• All fuses must be checked before installation.
• Turn off the ignition and wait 10 minutes before starting the installation.
• Follow the emulator wiring/connection documentation carefully.
• If the DCU has been flashed with software, the CAN lines 21 and 43 on the DCU must not be cut.

Fuse Checks:
Fuses 13, 34, and 39 belong to the AdBlue and DPF system.
These fuses must be checked before installation and replaced if they are not working.
