AdBlue is a kind of fuel developed to make toxic gases in fuel residues of engines less harmful and less damage to the environment in heavy vehicles such as the new generation Euro 4, Euro 5 and Euro 6. The combustion of fuel formed in the engine of the vehicle is divided into two stages.
The resulting carbon dioxide is diluted with the waste water to convert it into less harmful CO2 and water vapor, while the unburned fuel is returned to the boil again by the NOx sensor. However, since no filtering can be applied to nitrogenous gases, these gases are harmful gases to human health and nature. These Nitrous Oxide gases (NO, N2O, NO2) need to be supported by ADBlue in order to be less harmful. With this system, Nitric gases can be converted into urea and the damage to the environment can be reduced.
With the ADBlue system requirement for the Euro 4, Euro 5 and Euro 6 standard motor vehicles, the Man brand buses, trucks, trucks and other heavy vehicle vehicles are produced by the AdBlue system. AdBlue system is a system that uses ADBlue fuel and consists of tank and sprayer. Adblue fuel makes the Nitrous Oxide (NO, Toxic) gases from the vehicle harmless gas. The aim is to prevent global warming and environmental pollution. The release of such harmful nitric gases, which lead to global warming and air pollution, is particularly high in heavy vehicle vehicles. For this reason, European countries are obliged to use AdBlue in diesel fueled vehicles. However, due to the inability to find AdBlue fuel everywhere, AdBlue removal has become mandatory. Man buses, trucks and trucks are driven by heavy loads and passengers. When the Adblue is exhausted, there are various problems such as falling vehicles, low performance and excessive fuel consumption.
It represents various forms of nitrogen oxides such as NOx, NO (nitric oxide), NO2 (nitrogen dioxide), and N2O (nitrogen oxides). In a gasoline engine, about 93% NOx, about 5% NO2, and the rest are N2O.
The Nitrogen Oxide sensor or NOx sensor is a high-temperature device built to detect nitrogen oxides in combustion environments such as automobile or truck exhaust pipes or smoke chimneys. This device controls the amount of NOx in the gas at the exhaust outlet and reduces the pollution amount of the exhausted gas with special catalysts. Thanks to this eco-friendly system, the usability of poor fuels is increased, thus saving fuel.
Due to high cylinder compression and higher combustion temperatures due to turbocharging or overcharging, diesel engines produce higher engine-out NOx emissions than gasoline engines that are ignited by spark plugs. Lately, the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) feature allows a properly equipped diesel engine to deliver similar NOx values to the exhaust pipe, compared to a typical 3-way catalyzed gasoline engine. In addition, the diesel oxidation catalyst significantly oxidizes the NOx fraction by oxidizing 50% of the NO by using excess oxygen in the diesel exhaust gases.
NOx Sensor Removal
The NOx Sensor determines the ratio of Nitrogen Oxide in the exhaust gas and is responsible for recycling unburned fuels and recirculating them. Due to the unqualified fuel used over time, chrome is formed in the afterburning exhaust, and this chrome NOx sensor prevents the sensor from working properly and even in some cases. Excess chrome build-up can even cause the NOx sensor to malfunction. In such cases, the software cancellation of the NOx sensor makes high cost part replacement unnecessary.
The working principle of BlueHDi system is as follows.
The NOx, CO (carbon monoxide) and unburned hydrocarbon rich gases first enter the catalytic converter where CO gas and unburned hydrocarbons are converted to harmless CO2 (carbon dioxide) gas and water. However, NOx gases can not be filtered in any way.
To clean the NOx, dirty and harmful NOx gases from the catalytic converter enter the SCR system. Just before the gases enter the SCR filter, the AdBlue liquid is sprayed on it and at the SCR outlet the NOx gases are transformed into harmless nitrogen gas and water vapor.
AdBlue emulation is used to disable AdBlue consumption system. AdBlue is an chemical solvent that is used in SCR(Selective Catalsyt Reduction) in order to reduce NOx and CO emission to keep environment clean. Driver of the vehicle should refill AdBlue tank before it is empty because without AdBlue vehicle goes into LIMB mode which causes vehicle to run in minimum performance and may cause damage to vehicle in long run. It is also hard to find AdBlue in countries that does not enforce AdBlue. Impurities in AdBlue solvent can cause damage to SCR system. Repairing SCR is very expensive. AdBlue fuel itself is costly especially in countries that AdBlue is not mandatory.
AdBlue, also known as Diesel Exhaust Fuel, is an aqueous urea solution made with urea and deionized water. DEF is used as a consumable in selective catalytic reduction (SCR) in order to lower nitrogen concentration in the diesel exhaust emissions from diesel engine. ABblue converts exhaust gas to helium and water where are harmless to environment.
It is used by big companies like Ford Cargo, Mercedes Axor-Actros, Man, Scania, Daf, Volvo, Iveco, Otokar, BMC and Cummins. The German Association of the Automotive Industry(VDA) registered trademark Adblue for AUS 32. Without AdBlue, an engine can’t be in Euro class 4, 5 or 6. It is mandatory in some countries especially in Europe Union countries. It is currently, tested by Mercedes-Benz and Volkswagen for their passenger class cars.
NOx sensor, also known as Lambda Sensor, is a sensor that detects oxygen in exhaust gas and reports back to the engine ECU. It is placed just before the SCR, selective catalytic reduction, system. Generally, there is only one Lambda Sensor but in new generation vehicles, usually there are two Lambda sensors. Over the time accumulation of materials reduces precision of the sensor or even break it. When the precision of the sensor is reduced, or sensor is broken completely, ECU of the engine will start to receive wrong feedback or none at all because of this performance of the engine will be reduced a lot and fuel consumption will increase. Usage of cheap fuel or the fuel that is not recommended by the manufacturer causes this.
AdBlue is a catalytic converter that reduces NOx emission. AdBlue solution is injected into exhaust gas to convert it into water and harmless nitrogen. It’s is designed to reduce environmental pollution generated by diesel engines. It is a requirement for manufacturers to include it in their heavy duty diesel vehicles because of Europe Union EURO environmental standards. While AdBlue is environmental friendly It has various drawbacks.
AdBlue is very common in today's world. Largest truck companies of the world uses AdBlue for engines. AdBlue is required in new generation vehicles called EURO4, EURO5 and EURO6. AdBlue is stored in a separate thank from the fuel.
Attention!: using adblue remove emulator is illegal in specially EN countries.Using this device causes elevated exhaus gas emission. When you started use adblue remove emulator, your truck doesnt comply with the euro4, euro5 and euro6 standards. Our device for countries that havent euro 4/5/6 ecologic rules. Adblue remove emulator, stoped the DEF liquid flowing in scr system. Adblue remove emulator sell for countries that havent adblue liquid and use for during the remove faults in adblue systems. This is a personal decision to buy this device. Our company doesnt resposible in any legal problems that groves with this decision.
